(Actually, ctrl+scroll works on folders and text documents – but not on webpages for some reason – on webpages only ctrl+PLUS works! I’m baffled! )

Do you know how to enable/disable this? On my dual boot system it works on the windows, but doesn’t work on the ubuntu partition.
